Strata Management

With legally qualified and level 3 SCA accredited strata managers, the Strata Committee can be certain advice is grounded in expertise and experience.


Accounting Excellence

Our accounts team are the absolute industry benchmark with a CPA qualified accountant assigned to every building. The accounts manager appointed to the building produces transparent and accurate quarterly reports to ensure the committee can make effective decisions in the best interests of owners.

Accrual accounting, line by line budgets with explanatory notes and a dedicated budget meeting with the accounts manager allows the Strata Committee to plan with confidence and account to the owners.


BMC Specialists

McCormacks Strata Management have extensive experience managing building management committees (BMCs), employ only the best qualified strata managers and have developed best practice accounting, budgeting and communication systems to ensure the BMCs shared facilities are managed effectively and fairly.


Client Portal

McCormacks Strata Management operates a client portal allowing access to strata documents as instructed by the Strata Committee. Base access includes access to minutes, insurances, bylaws, lot owner accounts and any other documents as authorised by the strata committee from time to time.

Proudly a family business, McCormacks Strata Management was established over 25 years ago by Michael McCormack. His personal experience as a solicitor and in the strata sector formed the guiding principles and ethics that are still so evident in our approach today.

McCormacks Strata Management has always focused on mid-sized and large strata schemes, one of our first buildings being the 350 apartment complex Quay West in The Rocks, Sydney. Our expertise in managing the administration and finances of mid and large size strata buildings has been developed and refined and we now see our role as one of leadership and sharing the best practice principles adopted by many of our clients.

McCormacks Strata Management has been built on the principles of sound advice with a high level of expertise and building relationships with our clients. Our history shows our relationships are successful and long term with a retention rate at over 95% by earning Our Clients’ Trust as advisers.

While we have streamlined our processes to keep costs down, we understand there is no one size fits all approach to managing a building so work to build a relationship with the Strata Committee that works.




Our fees are quoted inclusive of day to day disbursements such as telephone, BAS preparation levy notices and mailing costs so the scheme can budget effectively and avoid all those extra charges.
