Levy Payments

To make levy payment as easy and convenient as possible for owners, MSM offers a variety of payment options:

• Levy notices incorporate a tear-off deposit slip which can be deposited at any National Australia Bank branch.
• The deposit slip and accompanying cheque can also be posted to McCormacks Strata Management. (We do not accept cash.)

Levies can also be paid through a payment system called Strata Pay, as follows:

• B-Pay : Owners use their financial institution's telephone or Internet banking facilities to make payment via B-Pay using the biller code and reference numbers on the levy notice.
• Credit Card : Visit www.stratapay.com.au or call StrataPay on
  1300-552-311 to make payment using Bankcard, Mastercard or Visa.   Note: A credit card fee of 1.65% applies and is charged to the payee at the time of payment.
• Direct Debit : Call StrataPay on 1300-552-311 or visit www.stratapay.com.au to register for direct debit.

Payments through StrataPay are subject to the terms and conditions on the StrataPay website.
